The 56.2 cubic LNG semi-trailer is a specialized transport vehicle designed for efficient and safe transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG). As a clean energy carrier, LNG is stored in its liquid form at -162℃, reducing volume by 1/625 compared to gaseous state, which significantly saves storage and transportation costs.
The trailer features a double-layer tank structure with high vacuum multi-layer insulation to minimize evaporation loss, ensuring the static evaporation rate is ≤0.22 (LIN). The inner container, made of 30408 stainless steel, can withstand extreme low temperatures down to -196℃, while the outer shell (Q345R carbon steel) provides structural strength. With a maximum filling mass of 23,000 kg, it meets large-scale LNG transportation needs.
